For example: More descriptive in my queuing, add additional accountability check ins, increase the intensity, give you homework....
E.g., your self sabotage behaviour, patterns you would like to change, negative self talk...
E.g., I will feel good in my bathing suit on Canada Day, I will reduce my sugar intake 5 out of 7 days of the week for 3 months, I will commit to going bed at 9:30 pm for the next 34 days.
